"Lito forges a personal relationship with each song yet never relinquishes a connection through his kupuna to things past. His falsetto has many dimensions including some modern styling but he always gives a deep bow to tradition". ———University of Hawaii Professor of Performing Arts, Jackie Pualani Johnson
"Lito gives his heart and soul in each strum of his ukulele, each breath, and each word of the mele he sings in these Hawaiian classics".——- Hawaii radio icon Skylark Rossetti
"Arkangel does a beautiful job ... exquisitely traditionalist... a memorable falsetto style".——John Berger, The Honolulu Star Advertiser
